Terms and Conditions
1. Office hours are 9.30 -15.30 Monday to Friday. Call times 16.30 - 18.00.
2. If I have contacted you with a placement, please confirm your availability as soon as you are able. Please do not ring to check for work ..(We will call you .)
3. If you've been requested for filming please contact the office on 01639 645436 or 07966 461799 between 16-30 - 18.00 the day before for call times (or on a Friday for Monday) If you cannot call, please have a reliable person to call for you. If you do not call to confirm, the placement will be offered to someone else and you may not be considered for future work.
4. You must be on time for every placement you're booked for (allow plenty of time for traveling and parking). Ensure you have no evening commitments, as you may be required to work late. Never ask production crew what time you finish or if you can finish early.
5. When you are booked for a placement, we expect you to attend; it is totally unacceptable not to turn up, or to cancel at short notice, unless there is an extremely good reason.
5A. When you are booked to appear on any production, You are not allowed to work on that production in the same series with another agent unless we give authority to do so.
6. Always be professional, never ask for autographs or take photos, Never discuss productions or storylines away from set, Never allow family friends or pets to accompany you to a placement, either on or off set. You should never consume alcohol or drugs on set.
7. Do not wear any logos, spots, stripes or designer marked clothing. Always take at least one spare set of clothing.
8. Report to a member of the production crew on arrival. Sign out at the end of every day, and always check the hours that are being recorded, as this will form the basis of any payment due.
9. If you have any concerns whilst on set, please contact us, not the AD's
10. Allow main cast and crew to have lunch first; they have to get straight back to prepare for the next scenes.
11. Do not contact or accept work from an AD or company direct, please contact Creative Castings immediately, if you are approached.
12. Please update your photographs at least once a year or, if you change your appearance in any way.
13.Registration requires a processing fee of £6.00 to be paid on application.
Payment.
The "Creative Casting Agency" will not deduct Tax or N I, you are booked on a self-employed basis and you will be personally responsible to make any payments that may be due. We will deduct 14% Commission from any payments received from placements secured by us. You should receive payment within approx 28 days. Commission and repeat fee commission is to be sent to Creative Castings, within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If commission is not received promptly this will result in no further work being given to the individual.

BBC contracts will vary, you will normally be sent a contract please sign it, insert your NI number and return to address on contract.
